Daga's coffee isn’t unknown because of quality issues; it’s unheard of because these coffee jungles have been cut off from the world for decades. This specific batch of beans from 2024 has been officially graded at 81.5, a speciality coffee score, proving the potential that’s still here. The coffee is already very good today, and with its highly valued cultivar and ideal growing conditions, we believe it can be elevated even further in the years ahead.

The coffee beans are freshly roasted in our House of Renegades roastery on the island of Saaremaa, Estonia.
