We aren't here to fix the entire industry. We are here to prove that a better model exists. In partnership with Andemaka farmers and the local cooperatives, we are establishing the Renegade Coffee Vault. Our mission is to dismantle the bottlenecks holding this origin back, creating a system where processing quality and farmer income increase year after year.

Our goal is simple: to bring distinctive Malagasy Robusta to our community and to the small roasters eager to explore one of the world’s last great "unknown" origins.

Now, we are inviting 200 pioneers to join this experiment.


The Renegade Coffee Vault

For a one-time commitment of €249, you don't just pre-order coffee, you secure a lifetime stake in the Vault and become a partner in the Madagascar coffee supply chain.

What does it mean?

Shop credit: €300 is loaded as a credit in the Renegade Beans e-shop, usable immediately. This will become available for use as soon as the Indiegogo campaign finishes, in early April. You can use it as you wish - in one payment or multiple times, for Malagasy coffee or Daga coffee or both. 

The Harvest Credit: Every year the project produces coffee, you receive a credit based on the Vault's output - 0,005 EUR for every 1 kg of green coffee beans we store.

Our minimum target for 2027 is one full container of coffee. If we reach that level, each member would receive roughly €100 worth of bonus credit, which will be deposited into your account the moment the container leaves Madagascar.

The Choice: Use the credits to secure your supply of rare Malagasy beans, or use them to discover coffee from other overlooked regions we support.
